No vaccination is required to enter India.
Only if you arrive from certain high-risk countries, a negative PCR test needs to be uploaded.

Covid Rules at Monal Resort in Rudraprayag
The wearing of masks is not mandatory. You are free to decide for yourself. In case a Covid infection is detected at Monal Resort during the course, the wearing of a mask indoors, except during asanas, lectures and meditation may become necessary.
Antigen self-tests will be performed regularly. Kindly bring with you 10 test kits and sufficient FFP2 masks.
It is not necesary to show a vaccination certificate for your stay at Monal Resort, Rudraprayag.
